A fifth-generation Floridian, Savannah was born and raised in the city of Ocala, the horse capital of the world. Raised in a family-owned boating business, she developed a passion for being on the water, boating, fishing, lobstering, and simply enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

After touring Florida Gulf Coast University, Savannah knew Southwest Florida was the place for her. Savannah graduated from FGCU Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication concentrating in Public Relations. She was also the President of the Coastal Conservation Association Eagles Chapter and a member of the Tri Delta Sorority.

Post-graduation, Savannah put her degree to work becoming the Communications Director for the Lee Building Industry Association. This position provided great exposure and networking opportunities within the building and real estate industry. With her passion for the industry and entrepreneurial background, Smith launched her new career as a Real Estate Professional in Southwest Florida.
