Heather is a native Cape Codder! ­ - She grew up in Massachusetts.

She attended the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth where she studied Graphic Design for 4 years. Heather worked at an advertising agency in Osterville, Massachusetts. She continues to keep her graphic art skills sharp at Pfeifer Realty Group as she helps design and layout ad campaigns.

She met her husband Joe who at the time owned 2 coffee shops that he created from scratch. He also grew up on Cape Cod with his family. They were married in 2002 and they have a wonderful Black Lab named Creed. Her husband owns and operates Wicked Clear Pools in SW Cape Coral.

They love Florida and vacationed with family for many years in Fort Myers until one day they decided to make it their full-time residence. They packed up their little family and moved to Cape Coral, Florida to begin their new, exciting adventure. They are still very close to their families from Cape Cod, MA but absolutely LOVE the Florida lifestyle. Their motto to live by is: “Another Day in Paradise.”

Heather and Joe are both avid outdoor people and enjoy walking their dog, taking him to the beach, swimming, golfing, and just soaking up the warm Southwest Florida Sunshine by their pool! They have enjoyed “Another Day in Paradise” for many wonderful years in their beautiful SW Cape Coral pool home. In fact, since moving to Sunny Southwest Flordia, many family members have found their slice of paradise just down the street from the Chevalier's home.

As the Office Manager and Closing Coordinator at Pfeifer Realty Group on Sanibel Island, Heather enjoys assisting buyers, sellers, Agents, Brokers, and Realtors to keep their daily needs running smoothly and positively! She is a joy to work with and brightens everyone’s day. Co-workers at Pfeifer Realty like to call her “Wicked Smaaaaht” due to her ability to multitask, and quickly master new tasks in an office where no two days are the same.

Sanibel & Captiva's 2019 Real Estate Administrator of the Year Award

The Sanibel Captiva Islands Association of Realtor’s Administrative Assistant of the Year Award went to Heather Chevalier, Office Manager and Closing Coordinator at Pfeifer Realty Group. Chevalier was recognized for her professionalism, diligence, and can-do spirit by the Sanibel Captiva Association’s Honor Society Realtors. “Everyone in our office knows how hard Heather works and it was wonderful to have her efforts recognized publicly. In fact, she is so conscientious about not wanting to miss work that we had to fool her to get her to the Association meeting where we knew she would be winning this Award” said Eric. “It was worth it to see the surprise on her face”, continued Pfeifer. A native “Cape Codder” with a degree in Graphic Design, Heather Chevalier joined Pfeifer Realty Group in 2013 and has grown to become an outstanding Closing Coordinator and Office Manager.
